Our works included the construction of a first-floor rear extension together with a rear dormer extension, creating generous additional accommodation while flooding the home with natural light and making the most of its elevated coastal outlook. Every structural alteration was carefully planned and seamlessly integrated into the existing property.
Full Internal Refurbishment
The entire house then underwent a full internal refurbishment, finished to an exceptionally high standard throughout. A stylish contemporary kitchen was installed to form the heart of the home, complemented by premium glue-down LVT flooring that flows continuously through the living spaces, providing both durability and a sleek modern finish.
The bathrooms were designed as luxurious retreats, featuring high-end suites, bespoke walk-in showers, statement tiling and elegant black fittings, delivering a boutique hotel feel whilst remaining practical for everyday family life.
External Overhaul
Externally, the property was completely refreshed with uPVC sash windows, maintaining the traditional charm of the home while significantly improving energy efficiency and performance. The new cladding, finished in the beautiful Mineral Mist colour, gives the property its distinctive coastal appearance and perfectly complements its seaside setting.
The outdoor areas were fully landscaped to create an inviting space for entertaining and relaxing. Completing the transformation is a bespoke built-in BBQ, providing the perfect place to enjoy summer evenings, entertain guests and make the most of Whitstable’s famous sea air.
