Full Rebuild & Renovation – Whitstable, Kent
This ambitious project involved the complete transformation of an existing property in Whitstable, Kent, through a full rebuild and extensive renovation programme. The aim was to create a modern, high-specification family home that combined contemporary design with practical living spaces and long-lasting, premium-quality finishes.
The project began with a comprehensive structural rebuild, allowing the property to be reconfigured and upgraded throughout. Externally, a striking combination of natural cedar cladding and crisp rendered elevations was chosen to create a clean, modern appearance that complements the surrounding coastal environment. High-performance aluminium windows and doors were installed throughout the property, providing slim sightlines, excellent thermal efficiency, and an abundance of natural light.
Internally, significant attention was given to achieving a high-quality finish from the ground up. A flow screed flooring system was installed across the property, creating a perfectly level and efficient base for the final floor finishes. Luxury vinyl tile (LVT) click flooring was then fitted throughout the main living areas, offering the warmth and appearance of natural timber while providing exceptional durability and ease of maintenance.
The heart of the home features a beautifully designed bespoke kitchen, carefully planned to maximise functionality, storage, and entertaining space. Premium fixtures, modern cabinetry, and high-quality worktops were selected to create a stylish yet practical environment for everyday family life.
The bathrooms were fully refurbished and fitted with contemporary sanitaryware, bespoke tiling, and modern fixtures, delivering luxurious and functional spaces that complement the overall design of the property.
